Thank You to All Our Veterans


This Veteran’s Day, celebrate those who have served as, well as the seasonal fruits and vegetables in this patriotic salad.  This salad features spinach, pomegranate seeds, blue cheese, and sliced almonds to provide sources of magnesium, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C.  The simple balsamic vinaigrette adds a savory kick to the salad as well.
